I managed to get some finer details on the situation in Scotland from MLE. The general feeling is that the Aurors are trying to do something about this but don't know exactly where to start. In the meantime, I reckon we might need to make a bit of a trip to the place he was spotted just to see if we can spot something the Ministry has undoutedly overlooked.

If my position at the Ministry weren't bloody useful for stealing information, I'd quit and chase the blighter down myself. As it stands, I have neither a deathwish or the means to accomplish much out on my own or without the resourses I have here, and so I seem to be at an impass.

If he is bloody well back...he'd better be ready for a fight.
